Mike Rydin is the founder and CEO of HCSS, developing the first HCSS product from his bedroom in 1986. With hard work, persistence, and the support of those around him, Mike was able to grow the company into the innovative tech pioneer that HCSS is today.
Steve McGough is the President and CFO of HCSS, as well as the elected Chairman of the American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA). As an industry veteran for 35 years, Steve pushes the company to new heights with his leadership.
Tom Webb is the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Customer Relations, driving the force for new ideas and vision of the suite of HCSS products to our thousands of customers. He was one of the first employees of HCSS, starting out in technical support.
Chris Henry is the Chief Operations Officer and keeps the development and services operations, the majority of the company, running smoothly. With his constant improvement mindset, Chris keeps the company on its toes, never settling for less.
