Beyond marketing HCSS, we’re also on a mission to give construction a brand. We call it I Build America. Here, we help the world see the industry as it deserves to be seen—one full of blue collar heroes making the conveniences of modern life possible for everyone. We bring about pride in the industry through unique social media campaigns, fun contests, and compelling stories told in videos and graphics. Over the years, our creative marketing has received many accolades, including a Gold Stevie Award, an AIVA Communicator Award, and a WebAward, among many other distinctions.

This team fields requests from every department to create product-specific materials, further company-wide initiatives, and even record HCSS volleyball tournaments. While it may all look like fun and games, we’re constantly running analytics to see if our work is resonating with our audience and making adjustments accordingly. Working in marketing means being able to multitask and shift gears quickly to meet demands from Sales, Support, Professional Services, and our customers. Every day, it’s something new.
