There’s an app for that! Really, there are various business applications used across our organization or within a particular department. These applications help us fulfill our job duties, and conduct business with our partners, vendors, and customers. The Enterprise Software Services department is the hub that manages, integrates, vet and deploy all business operations software solutions.
The individual in this role would have 5 years of experience managing and integrating business applications such as Salesforce/CRM, Accounting, ERP systems, and more. Furthermore, the individual would have experience leading and managing a software development team, and have a strong track record of leading through change.

HCSS is seeking a self-motivated and energetic individual. Someone that has strong communication skills, appreciates learning and sharing their knowledge.
Essential Position Functions:
Month 1:
- Demonstrate knowledge of Salesforce and our Accounting platform by delivering a 30 min presentation showing the data flow between these two packages
- Deliver a product map of software tools/platforms that allow our Support team to deliver quality support in “3 Rings or Less”
- Deliver a product map of software tools/platforms that allow our Sales team to quote
- Deliver a product map of software tools/platforms that allow our Accounting team process quotes, invoice, and record revenue
- Lead user 2 user training sessions on report writing on Salesforce platform
- Provide solution to hypothetical scenario assigned for Month 1
Month 2:
- Provide a transparent view into ongoing development projects. Grant access to the Line of Business leaders. Meet with them to review how to access the solution.
- Respond independently to no less than 20 requests by end of month 2
- Perform security review of our SAAS tools and recommend at least 5 configuration changes to make the environments more secure.
- Review scorecard and metrics for Enterprise Software Services (ESS) business unit and propose areas for improvement
- Provide a solution to hypothetical scenario assigned for Month 2
Month 3:
- Review ESS alerts and platform error making sure that proper error tracking and alerting are in place. Ensure that our team members are not developing alert fatigue.
- Identify 3 manual business processes within our Sales, Accounting, Professional Services, and Marketing departments that should be automated. Develop a plan and work with the appropriate individuals to deliver the solution
- Review our software procurement process and provide a 30 minute presentation on how ESS will conduct and enhance the procurement process under your leadership
