Accelerator employees own a strategic project with real business impact and work directly with executive leadership at the company to identify the goals, infuse the projects with vision, and deliver results.
In addition to project work, 10% of Accelerator employees’ time is intensive learning through courses, book discussions, mentorship, and hands-on training to give employees a leg up in their early career.
This in-person program lasts 12 months, and for all candidates who remain engaged and successful with coursework and project work, we endeavor to find ideal long-term roles for their skill set and interests at the conclusion of the program.

Is this a remote opportunity?
This opportunity is IN-PERSON only. Participants must be in person for their interviews and for the duration of the program.
How long is the program?
The program lasts 12 months. It is our intent to retain Accelerator employees long-term, moving them into ideal roles based on their skill set and interests.
What will I be working on?
In this program, you will work side-by-side with our executive leadership team. You will lead and work on strategic projects for a variety of different departments at HCSS. In addition, you will receive leadership development and coaching from senior leaders in our organization.
What are the requirements?
For this program, we are looking for recent college graduates (2019 and later).
